Privacy Notice on the Processing of Personal Data

1. Data Controller

This notice is provided by Ozonext, as data controller, under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"). Address: Paragon Tower 113, Ankara. Email: info@ozonext.ai.

2. Personal Data We Process

Through the contact form on our website we process the following personal data:

• Identity: first and last name
• Contact: email address
• Professional: the company you work for
• Request: the service areas you are interested in and the content of your message
• Transaction security: the IP address, date and time and pages accessed that the hosting server records technically when you visit our website; and, to prevent abuse when you submit the form, an irreversibly encrypted (hashed) form of your IP address, kept for at most one hour

3. Purposes of Processing

• Receiving and assessing your contact request and getting back to you
• Providing information and proposals on the services you ask about
• Forwarding your request to the relevant service team
• Keeping our website and contact form secure and preventing abuse and unsolicited submissions
• Fulfilling our legal obligations and protecting rights in case of disputes

4. Method of Collection and Legal Basis

Your personal data is collected electronically when you fill in the contact form on our website.

It is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5(2) of the KVKK: processing is necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract, provided it relates directly to it (c); processing is necessary for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligations (ç); processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right (e); and processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (f).

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to the providers of our email and website hosting services and, upon request, to authorised public authorities, in line with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

Our website is hosted on servers located in Türkiye.

The information you send through the contact form reaches us as email via Google Workspace, our business email provider, and is stored on Google's servers located abroad. This transfer is carried out under a standard contract, one of the appropriate safeguards set out in Article 9 of the KVKK.

6. Retention Period

If your request does not lead to a contractual relationship, the information you send through the contact form is kept for 2 (two) years from the date of the last correspondence. If it leads to a contractual relationship, the retention periods set out in the applicable legislation apply.

Server access records are kept in the hosting provider's systems for as long as technically necessary.

When these periods end, your personal data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your Rights under Article 11 of the KVKK

By applying to the data controller, you have the right to:

• learn whether your personal data is processed;
• request information if it has been processed;
• learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used for that purpose;
• know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred;
• request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate;
• request its deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK;
• request that third parties to whom it was transferred be notified of such correction, deletion or destruction;
• object to an outcome against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems;
• claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.

8. How to Apply

You can send requests regarding your rights in writing to Paragon Tower 113, Ankara, or to info@ozonext.ai, using the methods set out in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller. Requests are concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on their nature.
